What is ZZP2ZZP? The purpose of this network for freelancers and hirers

ZZP2ZZP is where serious freelancers and hirers meet — without the circus of sham constructions, and without pretending self-employment is just a permanent job with a different invoice.

The market already has enough boards that shuffle hours and CVs. We are building something smaller and sharper: a ZZP community and job board for independent professionals who work as real entrepreneurs — multiple clients, business risk, project work — and for SMEs and teams that want to hire that way in good faith.

Why ZZP2ZZP exists

• Fair work, not false self-employment — we talk plainly about Wet DBA, schijnzelfstandigheid, and “payroll in disguise.” Critique systems, not people stuck in a bad model.
• Jobs with a full lifecycle — post, bid, accept or reject, teams and microtasks, close out. No black box.
• Match on skills, not only keywords — profiles, invites, and a forum trail so work stays visible to the community.
• Part of the 3DN family — same identity (sign-in), and where it fits the same virtual credits rail (dibs / DutchBud) beside EUR/USD when the job allows.

Who it is for

ZZP’ers and freelancers who treat the craft seriously: day rates, invoices, business risk, multiple clients. Not “I want a job via a chamber-of-commerce number.”

Hirers and SMEs who need project capacity without the fiction that every flexible hand is disguised employment — and who prefer a clear bid and a team over an anonymous CV pile.
