ZZP2ZZP is live. A platform where freelancers and clients find each other directly — no recruiters, no staffing layers, no unnecessary steps between a project need and the person who actually does the work.

The Netherlands has a growing freelance (ZZP) workforce. Yet much project work still flows through intermediaries: high fees, slow intake, vague briefs, and contract paths that mainly protect the middleman. That model does not fit short, substantive assignments where speed, clarity, and trust matter more than a padded CV.

What we are building

ZZP2ZZP is becoming a real marketplace for project-based freelance work:

• Clients post concrete projects with scope, timing, and budget range.
• Freelancers respond with relevant experience, availability, and a clear approach.
• Direct contact — parties talk to each other, not through a third party earning on both sides.
• Short lines — from first conversation to start, without weeks waiting for “profile approval”.

We are not promising magic. We are building around one principle: the right freelancer and the right project should be able to find each other without an intermediary.

For clients

When you need a specialist for a bounded project — a migration, campaign, integration, audit, or design sprint — you want three things:

1. Someone who has actually done the work, not just “fits the keywords”.
