No recruiters. No subscriptions. No wolves. ZZP2ZZP is becoming a platform where clients and freelancers find each other directly — and the only currency you need to participate is word of mouth.
The project-work labour market is full of middlemen earning on both sides: recruiters, staffing agencies, secondment structures with a freelance label slapped on. ZZP2ZZP deliberately chooses a different model — not because intermediaries are never useful, but because much project work does not need a third party. Just two adults who trust each other.
The model in brief
- No money — the platform charges zero euros for matching assignments. Ever.
- Credits — access and visibility are paid for with credits, not cash.
- Earning credits — share a link to ZZP2ZZP, get likes and engagement on those shares, and other genuine word-of-mouth activity.
- Sign-up required — clients and freelancers can only view or post jobs after registering. No exceptions.
- Direct contact — no recruiter listening in, no margin on your day rate.
Why credits instead of money?
Charge money for access and you become a middleman again — earning from the fact that people need each other. Credits flip that:
- The community grows itself — people who value the platform share it, not because they are paid, but because they benefit.
- No paywall for serious users — anyone can earn credits by spreading the word. No credit card, no invoice, no “premium tier”.
- The wolves lose their feed — recruiters profit from scarcity and opacity. ZZP2ZZP profits from nothing. It exists only to facilitate the match.
How sign-up works
Registration is simple and serious:
- First name and last name
- Email address (we send a confirmation link — click it to activate your account)
- Your role: client (company), freelancer, or both
After email confirmation you get platform access. No confirmation, no access — that keeps fake accounts and spam out.
What members can do
Clients post concrete projects: scope, timing, budget range. No vague “secondment with unknown end date”.
Freelancers respond with relevant experience, availability, and a clear approach. Your profile is built around project outcomes, not an endless list of job titles.
Both parties talk directly. No third party earning on both sides.
Earning credits
Exact credit rules will roll out step by step, but the principle is fixed:
- Share your personal invitation link to ZZP2ZZP
- Earn credits when people sign up via your link
- Earn extra credits from engagement (likes, shares, comments) on your posts
- Spend credits to post assignments, respond, or boost visibility
The goal is not gamification for its own sake. The goal is: good news spreads itself, and the recruiting industry cannot compete with that.
We are not promising magic
ZZP2ZZP is under construction. We build deliberately, step by step. But the direction is clear: a marketplace where trust, transparency, and direct contact are the norm — and the wolves stay outside because there is simply nothing left to bite.
