Future plans
Signing up early is not only about today’s jobs board. The longer roadmap is a full work value chain — still being built, and better with people like you on board from the start:
- Payments in dibs Settle work through DutchBud dibs — portable value inside the network, not another locked marketplace wallet.
- Micropayments for project steps Break a freelance engagement into clear steps and pay for progress as it lands — less “invoice at the end and hope”, more fair cadence for both sides.
- Automatic skills tracking Skills that grow with real work, so matching is based on what you actually do well — not only what you typed into a profile once.
- Infra tracking for flying starts Know the stack, access, and environment before day one — so onboarding is a flying start instead of a week of ticket ping-pong.
- The 3DN network behind the work Lean on the wider 3DN tools and community when a job needs more than a single freelancer — reputation, value, and ops in one fabric.
These are planned directions, not a promise of ship dates. Early members help prioritise what lands first.
Why this exists
Work is one link in a longer value chain: reputation, skills, projects, payment, and trust. Too often those pieces live in separate tools that do not talk to each other, or in marketplaces that treat freelancers as inventory.
ZZP2ZZP is my attempt to stitch that chain together — starting with a clear place for freelancers and clients to meet, with identity you control, and room to grow into jobs, skills, and fairer matching over time.

What I am not asking
This is not a request to spam your network, pay a fee, or hand over LinkedIn credentials. Just create an account if the idea resonates — even a quiet signup helps prove that independent professionals want a better stack.
